Welcome to Mary Sue's Salon, Wig Boutique and Doll Orphanage.  We are a full service beauty salon providing cutting, coloring, styling, perms, and facial waxing.  We use professional beauty products and offer a complete line of products for sale.

In addition, we offer private consultations for wigs, by appointment only, and carry a complete line of  wigs for you to choose from.

Vintage Dolls

While you are here, stop by the doll orphanage and look over our selection of vintage collectors dolls.  These lovely little ladies were very popular during the 50's.  They were made by the American Character Doll Company and, due to their superb construction, they survived and are waiting to be played with and adored for another 50 years.

In the middle photo below, the three dolls on the chair are "Tiny Tears" and were one of the first "drink and wet" dolls on the market.  She also cried tears after having been fed a bottle and having her tummy squeezed.  The two larger dolls next to the chair in the middle photo are "Toodles" and are known for their "Peek-A-Boo" or "Flirty eyes".

The Doll Orphanage has several sizes and examples of these dolls and many other previously owned dolls available for adoption.  We also have vintage doll buggies, cradles, and beds.  New clothing for Tiny Tears, Toodles and the 18" Effanbee Katie dolls can be found here as well.

Thanks for visiting us online.  I hope you will stop by the salon.  We will be happy to assist you with your beauty needs or you may just to hold one of these lovely dolls.

Thanks,
Mary Sue
